Hello, my name is Sarah Ibbotson. I am a systemic couples and family psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience working with individuals, couples and families in the NHS. I provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where people can explore difficulties, improve communication and work towards positive change together. I am registered with both the UKCP and HCPC. I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to learn more about your circumstances and to help us decide whether this therapy is the right fit for your needs. My fee is £80 for a one-hour session. Sessions are available either face to face or online via MS Teams.
